Lady Producer drags Hero to Court

Producer Ekta Kapoor has files a case against Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt in court demanding him to return the advance amount he was paid for a project which never took off.
Apparently, Ekta Kapoor and Actor Suniel Shetty planned to jointly produce a film starring Sanjay Dutt in lead role. After a point, there was difference of opinions between Ekta Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt which led to shelving of the project.
Upon Snuiel Shetty's insistence, Ekta Kapoor paid Rs 1.5 crore to Sanjay Dutt as remuneration. However, Sanjay hasn't returned this amount despite repeated requests from the production house.
Finally, Ekta Kapoor decided to settle the issue in court and filed a lawsuit. Wait and watch how Sanjay would respond to it!
