AP govt allotting lands to Film biggies?

Believe it or not, Andhra Pradesh government is trying quite hard to get film industry establish a part of their kingdom here in Visakhapatnam as well. As per the happenings going on there, we have to believe that few biggies have carved out a master plan for shifting of industry.
Actually the Big Four, including Allu Arvind, Suresh Babu, Dil Raju and Nagarjuna are said to be buying lands in Vizag at cheaper rates from the government. This is for the all round development of film industry is Andhra region as well as currently Tollywood is almost headquartered in Hyderabad itself.
With Tollywood pledging in for Telangana government on various occasions these days, seems like AP government has started their ground work. We have to see how far these biggies will help Tollywood set up a 'sequel' there in Vizag.
