Star Hero may face 3 Years jail term

Nothing seems to be working for Hrithik Roshan since some time. His Wife Suzzanne who has been with him for 17 years divorced him because of his affair with Kangana Ranaut during the making of 'Krrish 3'. Then, Hrithik and Kangana parted ways. What followed is, legal notices slapped against each other.
To make it worse, Hrithik received yet another legal notice. This time, It is for hurting the religious sentiments by making unwarranted comments against the Pope.
Responding to Kangana Ranaut dig at him 'Silly Ex', Hrithik tweeted, 'Ther r more chances of me having had an affair with d Pope dan any of d (Im sure wonderful)women d media hs ben naming.Thanks but no thanks'.
This comment didn't go down well with the Christian community. Abraham Mathai, ex-Vice Chairman of the state minorities commission, served a legal notice under Section 295A of the IPC. Interestingly, The legal notice has been sent by the same lawyer (Rizman Siddique) who is appearing for Kangana in her legal spat with the 'Jodha Akbar' Star. If the charges were proven Hrithik may face jail term up to 3 years.
