Legendary Lyricist is back to Playback Singing

Veteran lyricist Sirivennela Sitharama Sastry has sung an hard hitting song penned by him for Ram Gopal Varma's 'Gaayam'. After over 2 Decades, He is making his comeback as a playback singer.
Apparently, Sirivennela Sitharama Sastry lend his voice for 'Dagudumutha Dandakor' which is a film with a soul. May be, The lyricist was moved by the concept of the movie and agreed to do his bit for it.
'Dagudumutha Dandakor' is the story of child (played by Child Artiste Sara Arjun) who tries to protect a Rooster from his Family Members as they wish to sacrifice it for god. Rajendra Prasad will be seen in pivotal role. Ramoji Rao and Krish are jointly producing this remake. Direction is by RK Malineni and Music is by ES Murthy. It will have a February release!
