'My Father-in-Law isn't Pakistani'

Soon after reports of Lisa Haydon's marriage with UK-based entrepreneur Dino Lalvani spread like wild fire, An article surfaced saying that the Father-in-Law of the actress is a Pakistani. This attracted a lot of negativity and Lisa was forced to give a detailed explanation. 'My husband is Indian. My father-in-law, Gulu Lalvani, was born in pre-partition India and was thrown out of what is today called Pakistan. To call someone, who has gone through the struggles of partition, non-Indian is absurd,' she explained.
The 'Racha' Beauty opined its really sad to witness such negative buzz instead of good wishes for a girl who began a new chapter in her life. She stresses, 'The world needs lovers not haters'.
