Lukewarm Response For Energetic Star's Film!
By: Tupaki Desk | 15 July 2022 1:20 PM GMTEnergetic star Ram Potheneni's much-awaited film The Warriorr was released the other day. Ram playing a fierce cop and the film having an ensemble cast made movie lovers have high expectations on the action entertainer. Happening beauty Krithi Shetty paired opposite the star who has chocolate looks.
From the early reviews, the Ram starrer got mixed reviews and the same was translated into the collections. The action entertainer earned Rs. 7 crores in Telugu states on day one of the release. The trade experts dubbed the collections a lukewarm response.
Despite having a stellar cast and Ram and Aadhi Pinisetty giving their best the story was a letdown. On top of this, the majority of theatres getting shut due to the issues in the online movie tickets sale played a key role in bringing down the collections.
Reports say that over a couple of hundred theatres in Andhra Pradesh did not work the other day as there was a big confusion on the online sale of movie tickets. This might also be a reason behind the collections coming down.
The Ram starrer did not get good reviews as many think that the story was routine. As a result, the collections got a lukewarm response. Though a 7 crore share is the best of Ram in her career so far, the film was expected to earn a higher share.
The Warriorr is helmed by Lingusamy, who is known for directing action entertainers with high-octane action scenes. The action entertainer was bankrolled by Srinivasaa Silver Screen. Talented actor Aadhi Pinisetty played the baddie, while Ram played a cop.
