Writer pledges to stop Chiru's 150th Film
By: Tupaki Desk | 30 April 2016 7:25 AM GMTFilm Writer M Narasimha Rao declares he would ensure that shooting of Chiranjeevi's 150th Film tentatively titled as 'Kathilantodu' if he was denied credit for the story.
After AR Murugadoss film 'Kaththi' released, Narasimha Rao reported to Telugu Film Writers Association (TFWA) that he was neither given credit nor paid money for using his story. He approached TFWA again when Mega Family announced that 'Kaththi' remake would be Chiru's landmark movie.
Narasimha Rao reveals VV Vinayak had called him to assure the issue would be settled. However, The Writer didn't receive any assurance on the credit for story even after the formal launch on Yesterday. He wishes to wait for couple of days expecting a positive response from VV Vinayak's Camp.
When asked if remuneration is major issue, Mr.Rao told Association will take a call on how much he should be paid. He claims his top priority would be to see his name as the writer who provided the story on the title cards of Chiru's 150th. At the same time, He warns Chiru's 150th could face the threat of non-cooperation from employees as AP Film Industry Employees Federation has already taken up the issue.
