MAA:Chiranjeevi, Prakash Raj skips Vishnu's Oath-taking Ceremony

The oath-taking ceremony that was attended by personalities like Collection King Mohan Babu, previous MAA President Naresh, and Telangana Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav was started with a traditional touch with a pooja ceremony.
Maa Election Officer Krishna Mohan administered the oath-taking ceremony. He had presented the members with forms and made them take the pledge as the M elected members of the MAA body. As per the hierarchy of the association, the President, Vice-President, General Secretary, joint secretary, and treasurer received the forms.
First Manchu Vishnu took the pledge followed by the other panel members. During the oath-taking ceremony, the members took the pledge saying that they will work for the association and they will not disclose the matters pertaining to the association.'
The election officer extended his wishes to MAA President Manchu Vishnu and his panel members. Addressing the gathering, he said he is feeling happy that he is able to serve as the election officer of MAA over the years.
Prakash Raj who lost the elections to Manchu Vishnu and fought against the election result alleging that a lot of irregularities took place in the election episode did not attend the ceremony. Neither Prakash Raj nor his panel members attended the ceremony.
On the other hand, Megastar Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna also skipped the ceremony. While Nandamuri Balakrishna was invited to the ceremony, there is no information on whether Megastar was invited to the ceremony or not.
Speaking at the event, Telangana Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav said, Mohan Babu taught good manners to Manchu Vishnu and he had come forward to take the responsibility of MAA association that has more than 600 members.
Earlier this week, Manchu Vishnu reached the Movie Artists Association (MAA) office after winning the elections and took over the MAA President post from Naresh. Days after the power shifting, the oath-taking ceremony was held.
