Court Notices To Dhanush & Rajini

Kaala is the upcoming Tamil movie starring Super Star Rajinikanth in the lead role. The film marks the second time collaboration of Rajinikanth with the director PA Ranjith after the film Kabali. Dhanush is producing the movie under his Wunderbar creations banner. Meanwhile, the film was in the controversy after Rajasekharan, an assistant director, filed a case on the unit over plagiarism of his script and title about the same.
The young assistant director made an allegation that he penned the script ten years back and also registered the title to make a movie with Rajinikanth. The film unit did not respond to these claims, and it resulted in the complainant moving to the high court for justice.
Now, the court has issued notices to Rajinikanth, Dhanush and the film's director. The court directed them to respond to the allegations by February 12th. Kaala is currently in post-production mode. The movie is scheduled for a grand release in the second half of this year.
