Why Allu Aravind wants to stop Raabta release?

Ever since the theatrical trailer of Bollywood flick 'Raabta' was unveiled, Movie Lovers who had already seen 'Magadheera' reached a conclusion that the Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon-starrer is a free-make of Tollywood Blockbuster. There were many similarities between both the movies, be it reincarnation or flashback episode.
Geetha Arts which bankrolled 'Magadheera' moved a court seeking a stay on the release of 'Raabta'. The Counsel representing the Tollywood Production House argued that 'Raabta' Makers have violated the copyrights act. A notice was issued to the Makers of 'Raabta' by the Hyderabad court and the next hearing is on June 1st.
With Allu Aravind deciding to settle the matter in the court, The theatrical release of 'Raabta' on June 9th looks doubtful. It will be interesting to see how Sushant and Kriti Sanon react to the controversy. Are the Love Birds worried about the movie's fate now?
