After Bhaagamathie, It Is Mahanati

Director Nag Ashwin's taking, Nenu Sailaja beauty Keerthi Suresh's outstanding performance, Mickey J Meyer's attractive music and the roles portrayed by Samantha and Vijay Devarakonda sure worked big time in making Mahanati movie which came out as the biopic of legendary actress Savithri a blockbuster hit.

Amidst high expectations the movie hit the screens on May 9th. It not only reached the expectations but went beyond them and emerged as a blockbuster. After the first two weeks, the buzz about the movie slowed down a bit but it ran steadily in the theatres. Mahanati touched the Rs. 10 crores mark in Nizam area becoming the second female-oriented film to join that list after Anushka's Bhaagamathie.

The trade analysts are claiming that the film can earn two more crores as it is still in the theatres. The overseas collections are also more. Mahanati is doing good in other areas like Uttara Andhra and Guntur. This biopic movie has now emerged as a blockbuster hit and the overall collections are also expected to be big numbers.
