A film comes out well only with the team effort. The movie unit should work together like a family to gain the best output. But, after wrapping up the shooting, it would be hard for them to hide their emotions and some even get tears. The same happened on the sets of Mahanati movie which is coming out as the biopic of late actress Savithri.
As of today, the team has completed the shooting of the movie and performed the Gummadikaya ceremony. Keerthy Suresh who is playing the lead role as Savithri in the film is reportedly cried and became emotional. Not only Keerthy but everyone in the set has went into a different mood. The core team director Nag Ashwin, Senior actor Mohan Babu who is reprising the role of S.V.Ranga Rao, Keerthy Suresh has paid flower tribute to the greatest actress Savithri who is still the favourite actress of almost every Telugu fan.
Later, Mohan Babu has felicitated Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt who are bankrolling this project. He also wished for the success of the film. Amidst high expectations, Mahanati is all set to hit the theatres on May 9th.
