After the blockbuster success of Mahanati, actress Keerthy Suresh's stardom has reached to the next level. Until then, she was doing all the big films alongside star heroes. But after Mahanati, Keerthy stopped signing big films and started focussing on lady oriented flicks.
In the process, she signed a film under the direction of Nagendra. The shoot of this movie was launched a couple of months ago and is happening at a rapid pace. According to the latest buzz, the makers have decided to fix the title of the film as Sakhi. Whenever we hear Sakhi, Mani Ratnam's musical romantic classic comes to our mind.
Now, Keerthy is using the same title and will be coming to us very soon. Rajendra Prasad, Nadhiya, Naresh, Kamal Kamaraju and Bhanu Sree Mehra will be seen in other key roles in this movie. It is being produced by Mahesh S Koneru.
