Sakshi Excellence Awards: Mahesh Babu, and Allu Arjun Turn Winners

Owing to the Covid outbreak, there weren't any major movie related award functions this year. However, the long wait came to a halt last night as Sakshi Media Publication held a gala awards event with the name Sakshi Excellence Awards. The event wasn't just a formal one. It had superstars like Mahesh Babu, and Allu Arjun in attendance. In fact, both Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu won awards at the event.
Mahesh Babu won the Best Actor Male Award for Maharshi. The star actor grade the event and received the award personally. He looked suave with slicked-back hair and a light beard. He was as charming as he ever was. Also, Maharshi, which released back in 2019 released a couple more awards. The director of the film, Vamshi Paidipally won the best director award. Also, Maharshi won the best film of the year 2019 award and the same was collected by the producer of the project, Dil Raju.
Allu Arjun won The Best Hero of 2020 award for his 2020 Sankranthi box office blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramulo. The stylish actor looked all things classy as he attended the event in a black suit. He attended the event along with Pooja Hegde, Thaman, and Trivikram. Ala Vaikunthapurramulo won The Best Film of 2020 award, Pooja Hegde won the best actress award, Thaman won the best music composer award, and Trivikram won the best director award. The entire team of Ala Vaikunthapurramulo attended the event and they were seen in good spirits at the event.
"When you woke up at 4am to do your job but there was an award at the end of it #goodnightnow #sakshiawards #allswellthatendswell," Pooja Hegde wrote on social media after winning the award. The actress was seen in a sparkling outfit in the event and she caught the attention of everyone with her glamorous presence.

The event was a gala affai and it had a fair few special attractions. Sakshi Media House chief and the wife of the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan, YS Bharathi also attended the event.
