Is Mahesh Looking At A Crime Thriller?

Gangster movies and crime thrillers are films of any season as they give base for all kinds of commercial elements to be added in proportion. You may make a gritty real one or a film that is outlandish, if everything falls in place, they attract audiences like no one else.
Mahesh did such films - Pokiri, Businessman with Puri Jagannath and he did not attempt them with other directors. Now, he is tempted to take it up in the direction of Sandeep Reddy Vanga, it seems.
According to the reports, the story is about a police who is caught up in a gang war. His attitude and character will be completely different from what we have seen till date, it seems.
So, Mahesh found it pretty interesting and decided to give him a go ahead, it seems. If the script and dates are finalised, he might finish this film for a possible Sankranthi release and then start Sukumar film, when the director is ready with a satisfactory script.
Well, if that will be the case or not, we have to wait and see.
