Mahesh Babu's Director locked for Thalapathy's Straight Telugu Film!

Thalapathy Vijay enjoys a huge popularity and fan base in Kollywood. He is a noted face to the Telugu audience as well and his recent films made good numbers at the Telugu box office. Enough of entertaining the fans here with dubbed films, the star is gearing up to do a direct film here.
Ace Tollywood producer Dil Raju will produce Thalapathy's straight film and as per the Film Nagar circles, Maharshi fame Vamshi Paidipally bagged the big opportunity to helm the project.
Media reports are abuzz that the project was finalized and is expected to hit the floors next here. Thalapathy's straight Telugu film was tentatively titled Thalapathy 67.
On the work front, Vijay Thalapathy is currently working on his upcoming film under Nelson Dileep Kumar's direction, tentatively titled Thalapathy65. Ace producer Lalit Kumar has reportedly signed the star for his next, Thalapathy 66.
Vijay will get free after completing his two projects and then he will focus on his straight Telugu film. It is also said that he may first work for the Dil Raju project after his 65th film as director was not finalized for Vijay 66.
Keeping Vijay's craze in mind, Dil Raju is likely making his straight film on a Pan-India scale. More details on the cast and crew are awaited.
