It's nothing new that politicians and young actors use the name of a crazy actor for their promotion and also for the support of their fans. Even though the actor distances themselves from any active participation, they do it in the hope of getting support of the fans if not the actor, directly.
With Srimanthudu, Mahesh Babu has become even more popular as a socially aware actor. Him adopting few villages after the movie has helped his image too. He even participated in the Government programs and everyone thought Mahesh like his father Krishna might be looking at joining the politics even for a brief stint. But the actor remained silent about everything.
Now, his relative Galla Jaydev, who is parliament member from Guntur constituency has been using Krishna and Mahesh name, saying he took their concern in his plans and has been working with them closely to promote the welfare programs. Mainly, he kept on saying he took Actor Krishna's blessing before taking the oath as an MP. Well, he clarified that Mahesh will never join politics but he is using his name more than ever.
