Bharat Ane Nenu Could Have Been Another Baahubali

Baahubali series stands for the kind of success an Indian film can achieve and also telling a story interestingly over two films.
Baahubali is actually one story that became too long for one film and hence, the team decided to cut into two parts and present it.
That helped the film to became a massive global success as one part introduced characters and other provided them a story to connect with.
Mahesh Babu in his press interview said that even Bharat Ane Nenu could have been a two part film.
He said, "Koratala Siva narrated a 5 hour long story to me. I liked it a lot and first thing I asked can ee keep all the scenes. We had to cut out few because of it. May be we should have made it a two-parter. (Laughing ..)"
He reiterated that he wants to do more and more commercially viable scripts than just experimental stories and also stated that he would not be a part of remakes.
