Mahesh battled the psycho and pain too!

Mahesh Babu is known for doing his own stunts and he is one of South Superstars who prefers to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He doesn't really have much fluctuations regarding his weight over the years and as he performs hus own stunts, his body has been injury prone. For Spyder too, Mahesh had to shoot through the pain and he revealed why?!

Mahesh said, "Film is bigger than all of us. I believe in that and I have been working with that belief from my first film. During an action sequence my left knee got badly hurt. I had severe pain and doctors advised to get operated immediately. I wanted to push through the pain as I would have delayed the shoot by 5 to 6 months had I gone for an operation. Due to that producers would have lost 7 to 8 crores as they would have needed to fly in the VFX team again and erect sets and bring in junior artists."

He continued, "I feel I am blessed as I finished the shooting of tough scenes like Rock rolling sequence and Rollar Coaster fight scene without aggravating the pain further. Post the shoot, the pain disappeared miraculously and doctors also said, I don't need an operation!" For more than eight months he had to fight with pain and fight the psycho in the movie with pure grit. Isn't his commitment amazing?
