In Tollywood, if one builds a good set, then other upcoming films do use it as per their convenience.
Megastar Chiru's apartment set in Choodalanivundi, Mahesh Babu's Arjun movie Meenakshi tempe set and other bigger sets are used in Tollywood similarly.
Reports have that many are eyeing similarly on Janata Garage's garage set. Director AR Murugadoss felt like canning an action sequence and a song in the set of Jr NTR's film. Mahesh Babu also got fascinated with the idea.
By changing the major facet of the set by replacing photos and stuff, the set will be used by other filmmakers for their shoots.
