Director SJ Suriya has turned out to be a great actor. He stated in an interview that he always wanted to be an actor but fate turned him into a director first. After making movies like 'Vaali', 'Khushi', 'Komaram Puli' and 'Nani', he gradually turned into an actor started playing interesting roles in movies like 'Snehithudu', 'Mersal' and many others.
As we know, his portrayal of a psycho character in superstar Mahesh Babu's 'Spyder' won the accolades of many. He suited the role perfectly and he impressed everyone once again in Simbu's recent super hit 'Loop' directed by Venkat Prabhu. With SJ Suriya becoming a busy actor now, he is becoming the first priority of many filmmakers.
Grapevine suggests that he will be locking horns with Mega Powerstar Ram Charan in the upcoming pan-Indian project under the direction of Shankar. This movie is under production right now and SJ Suriya has been reportedly roped in to play the villain's role.
As we know, it is a film made with a backdrop of politics. Shankar who is a pro in making message-oriented films will be exposing how bureaucrats rule the country in this flick.
This is Ram Charan's 15th film and it is produced by Dil Raju. Interestingly, this pan-Indian project is the 50th film under 'Sri Venkateswara Creations'. Bollywood beauty Kiara Advani is the female lead in this project while Thaman is going to be the music director instead of Shankar's go-to composer AR Rahman. A lot of top-notch technicians are working on this project.
Prominent actors like Sunil, Srikanth, Anjali and others are playing crucial roles in this political thriller. This movie is expected to hit the screens in 2023. Hope Shankar gets his form back and delivers a blockbuster with Ram Charan once again.
