Mahesh - Rajamouli Project To Be Shot In Japan?

If there is one project which everyone is eager to see taking off, it is definitely superstar Mahesh Babu's gigantic movie under SS Rajamouli's direction. With Mahesh being busy with Trivikram's movie and the 'RRR' director more focused on campaigning for 'RRR' on an international level at the moment, the Mahesh-Rajamouli project is expected to go on floors during the second half of 2023.
The combination of Mahesh and Rajamouli was supposed to happen long back but it got delayed with both of them being busy with other commitments. Finally, things are going as planned and Mahesh said on multiple occasions that he is waiting to work with Rajamouli for a long time now. During a film festival in Toronto, Rajamouli revealed that his next film with Mahesh is going to be a globetrotting adventure movie. This news made the fans hyped up and they are eager to see how the genius filmmaker presents their favourite hero.
As we know, Rajamouli along with NTR and Charan were in Japan to promote 'RRR'. During one of the interviews he gave to GQ magazine in Japan, he talked about his movie with Mahesh. He explained that it is going to be an adventure film that will be shot in various locations across the world and Rajamouli expressed his interest to shoot one of the action sequences in Japan. We need to see if Rajamouli said it just to please the Japanese people or if he is really planning an action sequence in Japan.
