In less than 12 hours, the premiers of superstar Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' will be screened. The Mahesh mania has not just gripped the Telugu states but also in the overseas market which is considered one of the superstar's biggest strengths. Irrespective of the result in India, his films performed extremely well in the US market which explains a lot about his craze.
It was his 'Athadu' back in 2005 which opened the doors of the overseas market for Telugu films and he was the first hero to get one million collections. He was the emperor of the overseas arena before 'Baahubali' franchise came into the picture. Next on the list is Prabhas' romantic drama 'Radhe Shyam' which earned 600K and it is followed by 'Pushpa' which collected 510K. Megastar's 'Acharya' managed to get half a million through the pre-sales.
Superstar Mahesh's upcoming film surpassed all of these with a few hours still left which shows the level of craze he enjoys in the USA market. With such a huge pre-sales, all Mahesh's film needs to get is a positive talk and it is enough for the film to register mammoth numbers at the box office.
