Mahesh's 'SVP' Turns Unstoppable With A Share of Over 95 Crores!

Devoid of all the talk, reviews and irrational news spreading by a certain TV channel, superstar Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' has set the cash registers ringing on the first weekend. This commercial entertainer was released on 12th May and it collected a share of 95.08 Cr worldwide in four days. This is a gigantic number and showcases the star power of Mahesh Babu and his screen presence which is one the biggest assets of this film.
On its fourth day, the movie minted a share of 14.04 crores in both AP and Telangana. 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' is performing fantastically in Karnataka, other parts of India and in the overseas too as it crossed the $2 million mark already. Earning a share of 95.08 crores in four days is an all-time record for a regional film and it will be crossing the 100 crore mark in no time. This flick has created many records and trade pundits claim that it surpassed one week's collections of many films within 4 days. Also, Mahesh turned out to be the only hero to have 8 films that got more than 1.5 million dollars at the US box office.
The producers officially released the area-wise collections too. Here is what 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' earned it its first four days:
Mahesh starrer has collected a share of 29.61 crores in the Nizam area while it got 9.81 crores in the Ceeded region. The collections in Uttarandhra were 9.36 crores while 7.57 crores were earned from Guntur. Krishna district brought 5.4 crores while it was 2.91 crores in the Nellore region. The East and West Godavari districts collected 6.51 crores and 4.41 crores respectively. The sum of AP & Telangana collections was 75.58 crores. It collected 7.6 crores in Karnataka and the Rest Of India combined while it garnered 11.9 crores in the overseas market. With a worldwide share of 95.08 crores, the film hit the bull's eye definitely.
