Mahesh upcoming film following Temper

Star heroes enjoy gigantic pre release business for their films, irrespective of any release circumstances. NTR starrer Temper is recent example and we saw the record pre release business the film did in many areas.
Now another heros film following Temper in terms of Pre-release business.Its none other than Mahesh-Koratala film. Super Star Mahesh Babu is busy shooting for his upcoming film with Koratala Siva and Shruti Hassan in Hyderabad. Tentatively titled Srimanthudu (Zamindar), the films business deals have been closed already for few areas.
Here is the pre release business and closed areas:
West Godavari for 3.24 crores
Overseas for 8.1 crores
Ceded at 7.5 crores.
Same as NTR Mahesh Babus last two films were duds at box office. However, there is huge demand for his latest film in Koratala Siva direction. This will show the distributors eagerness on cashing stars craze.
If this is the demand that Mahesh enjoys after two flops, what would have been his stardom had 1 Nenokkadine and Aagadu been blockbusters? Just asking!
