Though Tollywood star couple Naga Chaitanya and Samantha have previously worked together for 3 movies before, as the duo are going to romance again for the first time after their marriage, expectations are high on 'Majili' movie.
As the teaser of the film has also received a thumping response from the audience, the movie has been doing exceptionally well in terms of pre-release business as well. As the movie is gearing up for a grand theatrical release in 4 weeks, the makers have sold the satellite digital as well as the Hindi dubbing rights of the movie. Sources claim that the leading Entertainment channel Gemini TV has locked the deal for 5 crores. The leading digital streaming website Amazon Prime video has got digital rights for 3.5 crores. The makers have sold the Hindi dubbing rights of the movie for 4 crores. The movie has made a huge pre-release business of 12.5 crores.
Shiva Nirvana of 'Ninnu Kori' Fame is helming this project. Shine Screens banner is producing the movie which is slated to hit the screens on April 5th, 2019.
