Making Temporary Employees Permanent - Boon or Bane?
X
Osmania College students felt that they will lose jobs if government makes temporary employees turn permanent. If we clearly analyze this hot topic, we can say that government may save some budget if it makes temporary employees permanent.

From governmentÂ’s view, if there are around 1000 vacancies, government can use the temporary employees to fill this gap to some extent and can hire freshers for the remaining count. With this, government will get experienced people for less budget. This is definitely a boon to the government. It can save some budget.

On the other hand, government will reduce the vacancy count for the freshers and this may turn out to be a tough time for the students. This is stated to be the main reason for the students to revolt against this decision of the government. Student stated that this
decision is a bane for them while it is a boon for the government. KCR may re-think on this aspect and may do justice to both temporary employees as well as the students.
