Mamata Mohandas Makes A Comeback

Mamata Mohandas entertained all Telugu audience as lady 'Yama' in Yamadonga movie. For few sequences, Mohan Babu, Yamadharma Raju in the film, turns into a lady and that role is played by her.

She imitated Mohan Babu well and proved to be a good performer and active dancer as well in the film.

She came into limelight by singing Rakhi Rakhi, title song of Rakhi, in the music direction of Devi Sri Prasad.

After Yamadonga, she continued to star in many films, but she took a break after Nagarjuna's Kedi, as she was diagnosed by cancer.

Malayali beauty, took treatment for the cancer and re-entered into films in Malayalam. She has been part of some huge hits there but she did not get opportunities to stage a comeback in Telugu and Tamil.

Now, she got that opportunity. She is playing a lead role in Prabhu Deva's next Telugu-Tamil bilingual. If the movie clicks, the actress might get second lease of life in Telugu and Tamil too.
