Manam Director Saved From Huge Fine

After the blockbuster Mahanati from their banner, producer Ashwini Dutt announced a series of projects which includes a film to be directed by Vikram K Kumar of Manam fame. Unexpectedly, the director dishonored his agreement with Vyjayanthi Movies and signed his next film with Mythri Movie Makers with Nani in the lead role. The project was announced recently and is titled as Gang Leader.
Ashwini Dutt who was miffed with unprofessional behavior of the talented director approached Film Chamber. The chamber passed a verdict to Vikram that he has to pay back 1.5 crores as a fine to Ashwini Dutt. 1.5 crore is no joke and it is not going to be easy for the director to pay the fine from his own pockets.
Nani immediately stepped in the scene to pay the fine. He also convinced Mythri Movie Makers to share the fine amount along with him. Thus, he turned out to be the peacemaker between Vikram and Ashwini Dutt.
Looking at the way the actor and production house came forward to settle the director's fine amount, we can certainly say that Vikram K Kumar is carrying a huge responsibility.
