Manchu Lakshmi has proved several times in the past that she is good at taking crucial decisions. She shows so much variation in choosing different characters while doing films. Apart from films, she gives importance to social service. She has recently acted in short film 'The Decision' and surprised every one.
The theme of the short film is very good and it is getting wide appreciation from the audience. Along with the theme, Manchu Lakshmi is getting appreciation for her acting. 'The Decision' is directed by Srinu Pandranki. The theme revolves around a woman who has to take a crucial decision while giving birth to her child. While speaking about the short film she said that "It is challenging for any artiste to do a character with multiple shades. I was bowled out by the storyline as a mother. Every parent will have something to take from this short film".
Manchu Lakshmi appears in a role, where the woman lost her pregnancy due to an abortion. She conceives again later. But doctors say that her child might suffer with Down's syndrome... so she has to take a decision whether to go for the child or go for abortion.
