Telugu Actress turns Farmer for Holly-dream

Before foraying into Tollywood, Lakshmi Manchu had done few Television series such as Las Vegas & Boston Legal. This multi-talented actress even signed a Hollywood project 'Basmati Blues' in 2014.
Lakshmi Manchu plays lead role 'Seetha' in 'Basmati Blues' which is a musical romantic comedy featuring both Hollywood & Indian Actors. Interestingly, She will be seen as a Farmer & Hero's Sister in this movie. Shooting of Manchu Girl's portions took place in Kerala. Even the dubbing was completed by her during her recent visit to US.
The basic storyline of 'Basmati Blues' - A Group of people reach India to sell genetically modified rice, a creation of a Scientist, to Farmers in rural areas.
Actors like Brie Larson, Scott Bakula and Donald Sutherland have done pivotal roles in this cross-cultural movie.
