"Liplocks Won't Make Hit Movies" Says Maruthi

Director Maruthi has been penning scripts for some small budget movies as well. Recently, he gave the concept to the upcoming movie 'Bhale Manchi Chowkaberam'. The movie got released today on October 5th. During the media interaction, Maruthi shared some interesting things about the film.
"The movie is getting released under Arolla Group Banner. This is a concept-oriented film. Usually, the concepts of low budget films will be nice. But, the audience won't show interest to come to theatres. But, the audience will definitely encourage good concepts. We made 'Bhale Manchi Chowkaberam' with the concept of national security and got appreciation from the trade as well. Just like how the audience supports my film, I am confident that they will like this movie as well." Said Maruthi. He stated that the film is a blend of action and comedy and the scenes after the interval would be very funny. It is not correct that the movies with liplocks only become hits. He added that these days, every mobile have such videos and not every movie with 70 scenes, 70 liplocks become hits and earn 70 crores.
He stated that the audience will like liplocks only if it is a part of the story. Murali Krishna is helming this project. Satish Kumar bankrolled this film. Sri Sathyasai Arts and K.K.Radha Mohan are presenting the film.
