In Telugu Cinema, love stories are highly common and a masala entertainer too. If they two combine, then we get films that feature mother-in-law or some other person with arrogance as a villain. Such kind of love stories have been coming out but very few have effective cast and crew.
But Shailaja Reddy gari Alludu seems to be in the right hands with Maruthi Dasari as the director and Ramyakrishnan in the character of Shailaja Reddy.
Naga Chaitanya will be her son-in-law and Anu Emmanuel is the daughter. The movie was supposed to start in October but the pre-production works took longer time and now, after Sankranthi, the movie started shooting.
Maruthi Dasari confirmed this on social media saying that the arrogant love story has started. Anu Emmanuel quoted the tweet and said, she is looking forward to it.
After a debacle like Yuddham Sharanam, Naga Chaitanya fans are eagerly waiting for his Savyasachi and also, Shailaja Reddy gari Alludu. Maruthi is known for making good commercial entertainers that can bring B and C centres audience to the theatres on a large scale.
This movie seems to be going to be made with same passion and timing. Let's see if Shailaja Reddy Alludu has same entertainment capacity as Allari Alludu.
