'Master' To Enter Profit Zone Despite Negative Talk!
By: Tupaki Desk | 15 Jan 2021 6:24 AM GMTTamil star hero Vijay's recent outing 'Master' was released amidst huge expectations. With 'Khaidi' director Lokesh Kanagaraj directing it and Vijay Sethupathi as the protagonist, fans expected a mass feast. But the film failed to live up to those expectations and got a negative talk.
While some say that the story is fine, the dragging narration was its biggest drawback. Despite all its shortcomings, 'Master' is raking up the moolah at the box-office in all the languages it was released. Thanks to the craze of Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi and the scale on its release, the film is registering big numbers. The film hit the bull's eye on Day1 in the Telugu states. Trade pundits say that the film recovered 80% of its investment on the first day and it collected 1.62 crores on its second day.
Reports suggest that the film reached the breakeven mark already in almost all the areas except in the Ceeded area and Krishna district. It is believed that the breakeven point will be reached in these two areas on the third day. If the film continues to perform this way, 'Master' may end entering the profit zone by the end of the Sankranti weekend. It looks like 'Master' is going to make the buyers happy despite the not-so-good talk.
