Director Vivek Agnihotri who gave us a brilliant film like 'The Tashkent Files' is coming with another hard-hitting subject titled 'The Kashmir Files'. The National Award-winning director has made this film after a lot of research for this movie which is releasing on 11th March 2022.
The team released a video showcasing the journey of 'The Kashmir Files' and explained about the time they met star writer Vijayendra Prasad. They said, "Meeting legendary writer Vijayendra Prasad was a memorable experience. His inputs were invaluable in making #TheKashmirFiles."
Vijayendra Prasad is known for his stories that are inspired from Indian history and mythology. The influence of real incidents can be seen in movies like 'Chatrapathi', 'Vikramarkudu', 'Baahubali', 'Bhajrangi Bhaijaan' and many others.
Based on the first-ever true story of the Kashmir Genocide, 'The Kashmir Files' is a joint production venture of Abhishek Agarwal Arts and Zee Studios.
