Every music director, every actor, every director, every technician, in fact every artist wants to be versatile and known as such a great legend, that he can deliver anything.

Only few people say that they can't do certain things and decide to deliver on one particular promise that they are good at.

They might be seen as 'limited' talents, but music composer Mickey J. Mayer says it is better to be limited than trying different things that doesn't suit you.

He said, "I can't compose for mass films. I can't adjust my sensibilities to compose dance numbers that these commercial films demand.

I don't even enjoy those films much and hence, working for them is not my cup of tea, either.

I am happy to be doing two to three films that give me a challenge and a pleasure, rather than running after many films.

I work to enjoy and don't want to so busy that even forget enjoying what I do."

He then talked about Mahanati, and hoped that the movie, would be as big as Happy Days for him. Sadly, he did not have such a big hit in his career after that film.

He said, "For Mahanati, I worked for more than a year and half. I hope it will give me as much name I earned with Happy Days. People keep talking to me about Happy Days still and I wish, this film, will be such a landmark."
