Bollywood Baadshah Shahrukh Khan is not only a star hero and producer but also the owner of a cricker team. He owns the Kolkata Knight Riders team in Indian Premier League (IPL). Whenever there is an IPL match, he goes to the stadium and encourages the team members. All the players in KKR team are talented ones. Recently, he invited a celebrity to give coaching to his team. She is none other than the skipper of Indian Women Cricket Team, Mithali Raj.
Recently, the management of a women empowerment program in a TV channel invited Mithali as the chief guest. Shahrukh also graced the event. Before the shooting gets started, the duo shared a conversation. In that Mithali shared about the obstacles she faced before entering into the cricket team, failures and how she became successful with SRK. The actor was surprised and impressed with the passion she has for cricket. He immediately asked her to be the coach for his IPL team. Mithali said that if that is true then she will do her best.
So many experienced people worked as KKR team coach till now. John Buchanan, Dave Whatmore, Trevor Bayliss, Jacques Kallis led the team but there are no records of a woman coach till now. Even though SRK might have asked her for fun, the thought itself is really appreciable.
