Mithun Chakraborthy Son's Marriage Gets Cancelled

There have been rape allegations and cheating cases under sexual harassment code on celebrities and their family members. Few proved wrong and few were settled out of court.

Now, Mithun Chakoborthy's family is facing the same charges as a young lady decided to file a case on Mahakshay, his son and Yogita Bali, his wife.

The young lady filed the petition on charges of rape, cheating, fraudulent promises on Mahakshay and threatening for life and forcible abortion on Yogitha Bali.

Even though the case were filed, still Mahakshay's marriage with his girl friend, Madalasa Sharma has not being cancelled.

But on Saturday, when the wedding is supposed to happen, police came to arrest Mahakshay and Yogita, at their Udakamandalam (Ooty) resort when the wedding ceremony was happening.

Seeing this, Madalasa's family decided to cancel the wedding even though Delhi Court granted both Mahakshay and Yogitha, anticipatory bail against arrest.

Mithun is unable to decide on his next move and he, for now, is waiting for first hearing date, it seems.
