In the wake of Uri terror attack, Maharashtra Navanirmana Sena (MNS) set a 48-hour deadline for Pakistani artistes working in India to return to their nation.

Bollywood Director Karan Johar who's upcoming flick 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' stars Pakistan actor Fawad Khan feels imposing a ban on artistes isn't a solution to terrorism. Apart from stating that he understands the anguish of the Indians following the death of 18 soldiers, The Filmmaker says banning art or talent is not the right thing to do.

Karan Johar admits he fears to speak about such a sensitive issue publicly. He maintains targeting his film, which is made with so much of love and passion, would make his sad. He says creative people shouldn't be dragged into such issues and its frustration to be in such a situation.

MNS reacted strongly to Karan Johar extending support to Pak Artistes. 'We will show what we can if Karan casts a Pakistani artist in his film. Such films won't be allowed to release,' warns Leaders of the Political Party.

Mumbai Police, on the other hand, assures adequate security cover would be provided to Pakistani Artistes living in the city.
