No Truth in the Tall Claims of Producers: Mohan Babu

In a career spanning 40 years, Mohan Babu acted in 573 films and produced 72 projects. His felicitation ceremony was held at Indira Priyadarshini Stadium on Saturday evening.
During his recent chit chat with media persons, Mohan Babu opined: 'Situation of Producers is pathetic. Producers alone are responsible for it. If a Director scores one hit, Producer offers Rs 3 crore even though he is worth just Rs 50 lakh. Earlier, Star-Studded Films were made with Rs 10 crore. Now, Rs 60 crore is being spent to make a movie. Who's money is this? These Producers are benamis. Hence, There is no value for money. No truth in the claims of Producers that their films have collected this much or that much. Reality is completely different'.
Mohan Babu claims he never cheated anyone and paid every single penny he owed to each member in the Unit. He says 'Major Chandrakanth' with NTR is the memorable experience in his life.
