During the promotions of Gayatri, the media folks noticed severe rashes on Mohan Babu's face. When questioned about it, Mohan Babu even clarified that it was due to the prosthetic makeup used for the movie shoot. The prosthetic makeup caused allergy to our dialogue king which resulted in scars on his face.
Mohan Babu is being affected with this and advises the other actors not to use such harmful chemicals for makeup. One thing to be noted is that it is not at all a new thing that the stars use prosthetic makeup. Many stars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Hassan, Ram Charan, Anushka etc have used such products but none of them faced any issues. So, it is to be assumed that the makeup Mohan Babu used was either of low quality or his skin must have been very sensitive.
