Biopic On Bheema With An Enormous Budget

The biopics trend is currently going on. After seeing the success the biopics are garnering, the filmmakers also started daring to pick the life of a celebrity and are making their biopics. Also, the makers these days are trying to venture movies based on the mythological characters.

On this note, a massive budget movie is soon to go on rolls. Yesterday, on the day of Lunar Eclipse and on the occasion of Guru Pournami, Mohanlal announced his next outing, Randamoozham. The movie is going to be made with a budget of 1000 crores and will be the first ever highest budget film in Asia.

The veteran actor was supposed to launch the movie in summer last year, but because of his commitments, it is delayed and he finally announced the film yesterday. A Dubai-based business tycoon, B.R.Shetty is investing such humongous amount in the film.

Acclaimed writer M.T.Vasudevan Nair wrote a novel 'Randamoozham' based on the mythological character Bheema. Now, Mohanlal's movie is going to be based on this which technically is a biopic of Bheema. The makers are planning to release the film in two parts.
