Box-Office: Finally, A Hit For The Young Hero

Young Hero Akkineni Akhil has recently come up with his third venture 'Mr. Majnu'. Touted to be a romantic entertainer, Niddhi Agerwal of 'Savyasachi' fame played the female lead in the movie.

Venky Atluri of 'Tholi Prema' fame helmed this project. Amid high expectations, the film got released yesterday and opened with a positive response from the audience. BVSN Prasad bankrolled this project and SS Thaman's music became one of the highlights of the film. The movie made good collections on the opening day. 'Mr. Majnu' made 4.35 crores distributors share on the first day with a gross of 1.5 crores.

The worldwide theatrical values were sold for 24 crores. So, we can say that the movie had a decent start and the trade is expecting that the film can easily reach the break-even point very soon and become a hit.
