We have been a witness to some unfortunate leaks of videos of few women in the name of celebrities. Even though many don't use the names of popular people, everyday we see 100s of private videos or "sex tapes" of regular ones, leaking somehow.
Can we put an end to this trend? All we have to do is not record our "sex" sessions, some say and some say, be careful with the device on which you recorded them.
In Hollywood, few films with sex tape leak premise have come out in different genres but it is a fresh premise and subject for Telugu audiences.
Mr and Miss starring Gnaneshwari Kandregula and Shailesh Sunny deals with this subject, written by Sudheer Varma, in a bold fashion. Ashok Reddy is the director.
Film seems to give Gnaneshwari's character some grey layers at least in the eyes of the male protagonist's eyes. There are bold lines that don't cross the line too.
Film seems to be an attempt to push the envelope and try out something different as young audiences are accepting these attempts with more open mindset.
Now, the question is, can the film deliver on the promising trailer in theatres? Let's wait and see.
