Rich Fan Offers All Her Wealth To Sanjay Dutt

Nishi Harishchandra Tripathi, a resident of Malabar Hill, is a die-hard fan of Sanjay Dutt. The 62-Year-Old stunned her family members by writing a Will offering all of her wealth to the Bollywood Actor. Neither the Family nor the Actor were aware of it until she passed away on January 15th, 2018.
On January 29th, Sanjay Dutt received a call from Police informing that his wealthy fan had passed away a fortnight earlier and he could claim the money/valuables in her bank account/locker & properties as per her Will.
Sanjay Dutt issued a letter to the Bank of Baroda's Walkeshwar Branch asking it to handover the wealth of Nishi Harishchandra Tripathi to her family members. 'As Actors, We are used to Fans chasing us, offering gifts and naming their children after us but this has shocked Me. Never did I met Nishi. I'm overwhelmed with what she has done,' he said.
Nishi was a homemaker who used to stay with her 80-Year-Old Mother, Siblings Arun, Madhu and Ashish. She owns a 3BHK Flat costing Rs 10 crore. Family's Legal Advisor informed about Tripathi's Will a day after the prayer meeting. Bank Of Baroda conveyed the same matter to Sanjay Dutt and Nishi's Family based on the letter submitted by the deceased woman few months ago.
Advocate Chetan Alai, who is the counsel of Nishi's Family, informed Sanjay Dutt is seeking no claim and willing to cooperate with Family of the deceased fan to sort out legal issues.
