Nag wants to earn that image with Akhil

Director for Akhil Akkinenis debut film as a hero has been confirmed, according to the latest buzz in the industry. In the past, names of directors like Puri Jagannadh and Trivikram Srinivas were doing rounds regarding this eagerly awaited Akhils debut film, although Akhil himself quashed the rumours. However, it looks like the actor has finally made up his mind what his debut film should be.
According to sources mass Director V V vinayak will be going to launch the Akhil as hero. The script has also been finalized and Nagarjuna himself will produce this film under Annapurna Studios banner. A formal announcement is yet to be made.
Mass genre was the one which was not suites for Akkineni clan.From ANR to Chaitu all of them tried to establish mass heroes but failed utterly and adjusted as romantic heroes.Chaitanya also tried all possible ways to get mass image but people bluntly rejected him.Now Nag is reportedly planning to launch Akhil as mass hero and that was the main reason behind roping Vinayak for the film.
Otherside Vinaka was supposed to direct chiru 150 th film and we need to wait whether Akhil wait until he finishes chiru film or not.Vinayak on the other hand gave a big hit to Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas in the form of Alludu Seenu, so we hope he has what it takes to give another hit to Akhil too. Coming back to Vinayak and his mass repertoire do you guys think it is right for Akhil to jump into mass bandwagon so early, considering his age?
