Did Mega Brother Rejected NTR Biopic?

Huge Star Cast of NTR Biopic made it one of the most awaited films. Vidya Balan, Rakul Preet Singh, Rana Daggubati, Nithya Menon, Kalyanram, Sumanth, Kaikala Satyanarayana and many other prominent personalities didn't take much time to say yes to Team NTR. In contrast, Mega Brother had turned down the proposal to play a key role in the biopic if the reports in circulation are true.
Director Krish seems to have approached Naga Babu to make him essay the role SV Ranga Rao in 'NTR'. However, The offer had been rejected by Mega Brother for reasons best known to him.
Mega Family respects SV Ranga Rao a lot. On record, Chiranjeevi claimed to be an admirer of the Legendary Actor. Still, Naga Babu preferred not to be part of 'NTR' though he did the crucial role in 'Aravinda Sametha'.
Probably, Mega Family could have taken such a call being aware of the fact that 'NTR' and 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' gonna clash at the Box Office for Pongal 2019. Or else, Naga Babu might have rejected the role due to his throat problem. Or, He may be concerned about the comparison between his role and the character played by Mohan Babu in 'Savitri'.
Finally, Krish relied on a Theatre Artiste for the role of SV Ranga Rao. Movie Buffs would look forward to the scenes featuring Balayya as NTR and Theatre Artiste as SVR.
