Being the son of a Producer & owner of a Film Studio, Naga Chaitanya offers a Free-Advice for Tollywood Heroes. What is it all about?
While responding on the growing budgets & risk factors involved, Chaitu feels it's high time Tollywood follows the Bollywood Model. 'Better to take share in profits rather than charging huge remuneration prior to the release. I'm willing to follow this model for the sake of Producers,' he declared.
Even SS Rajamouli recommends Heroes & Directors who charge hefty pay to consider taking share in profits. He, however, is of the feeling that such things materialize only if there is mutual trust.
Few Tollywood Stars have already shifted to this profit-sharing model. They are willing to bear the losses when the project doesn't fare well at the Box Office & that's a good trend.
