Naga Chaitanya announces NC22 with star director

Naga Chaitanya has been on a signing spree of late. He is announcing new projects at a brisk pace. He scored back to back box office hits with films like Majili, Venky Mama, Love story and Bangarraju. He is now awaiting the release of Thank You.
Today, Chaitanya announced that he will be joining hands with star Tamil director Venkat Prabhu for his 22nd film to be made as a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil languages. The director who made several novel and content-based movies delivered a blockbuster with his last directorial Maanaadu. He is a known name to the Telugu audience as his Mankatha with Ajith Kumar - Gambler in Telugu- was a big hit in the Telugu states as well.
Tollywood's happening production house Srinivasaa Silver Screen, which has lined up some exciting projects, including Ram's ongoing film The Warrior and Boyapati Sreenu-Ram next, has announced the new film in the combination of Naga Chaitanya and Venkat Prabhu today. Srinivasaa Chitturi will be producing the movie, while Pavan Kumar presents it.
While this yet to be titled film marks Naga Chaitanya's first Tamil movie, Venkat Prabhu is making his debut in Telugu with this bilingual to be made with rich production values and first-class technical standards. This film will apparently have Pooja Hegde in the female lead role but the same is yet to be confirmed by the unit. There are also reports that Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose the music for the as yet untitled film. More details in this regard will be out in the due course.
Billed to be a commercial entertainer, the film will have many noted actors to feature in the movie, while popular technicians will take care of different crafts. The filming will commence soon after Chaitanya is done with his current commitments.
