Why Chay rejected Akhil's lady?

As per reports, Naga Chaitanya is looking forward for a second heroine to star in his upcoming film. And he's said to be unhappy with brother's recommendation.
To be directed by Kalyan Krishna, this film is tentatively titled as "Ninne Pelladutha", and features Rakul Preet in the lead. While Akhil is heard recommending the name of his debut film's leading lady Sayesha Saigal, his brother rejected it straight away.
Chay rejected Sayesha because she didn't clicked alongside Akhil and delivered only a flop, say sources.
